Best friend since childhood suffers tragic loss - 12

My best friend since childhood, yesterday, suffered the tragic loss of the love of his life. 52 years together and 49 years of marriage ended sadly 24 June 2021 when Michelle Tuggle, loving wife of Jimmy Tuggle transitioned to the arms God and the company of many of her loved ones who reached the sublime destination before her. Michelle sadly succumbed to over 26 hours of intensive medical efforts to save her from a severe heart attack on Tuesday morning.
Michelle and Jim resided in the Cave Springs area of Roanoke where they raised their daughter and son. Her family grew with a daughter in law and son in law two grandsons and a beautiful granddaughter.
Michelle was a trained paralegal who worked from part-time in high school (Jefferson Roanoke, where she graduated with honors) to an assistant to the Roanoke City Commissioner of Accounts. During her time there she handled Estates totaling billions of dollars over her 50 years. She was well respected within the Law Community evidenced by the great number of Roanoke attorneys who sought her advice and counsel regarding estate law.
Arrangements are incomplete but will be announced soon. I hope all of you who know Jim, will join me and my family, in prayers for him and his family as they absorb this sad loss in their lives.

Re: Best friend since childhood suffers tragic loss
Phil, tell Jim that our thoughts and prayers are with the Tuggle Family. I saw Jimmy in Sam's Club a couple of weeks ago. Although I did not know his wife, I understand that she worked in the Court House and was a well respected employee....archie
