I haven't been on the message board in quite a while so I decide to let everyone know that I am feeling good, looking good and acting "?". I hope that life is treating each and everyone of my classmates wonderfully. I know I am truly blessed and I am looking forward to seeing everyone before the class reunion or during it. I leave all of you with a quote, "The only things you can control are yourself and your reaction to things, not the things or the person". God Bless.

Re: Hello Everyone my, my, my, how time flies!!!
Good to hear from you and about you. I remember you, Jack Peters, and I sitting in our 12th grade government class cutting up (well Jack and I usually were) and basically getting on Mr. McGraw's nerves. Of course Jeff Jones was in there keeping us in stitches too. I always wondered if you thought we were a bunch of crazy white boys. I guess we were. One thing we all agreed on though was that Carrie Clift sure got our attention when she would walk to the pencil sharpner...or anywhere! I am living in Tennessee and have been back to Martinsville only once in the past 6 years. I hope to see you and many of our classmates at a 25 year reunion if it happens. Take care.

John,
Thank you for sending me back to those glory days. I do remember our government class with you, Jackie, and Jeff, and boy do I remember Carrie. We all use to love to see her walk past. Those were the days to remember about how we use to laugh and have a good time. When I am feeling bad or having a bad day, I often think back to high school because I really had a very good time back then and reminiscing about those times brightens up my day.

Brian, John .....

Hey,

Somehow, I recieved this e-mail and was blessed to hear from old friends of mine. Man, time flies. I went by to see Timmy yesterday and his son answered the door. He was in the 11th grade, playing wide receiver and we chatted about Beamers boy. I walked away asking myself where all the time had gone. Kim and I and the kids (5) have moved back to Martinsville. I live in Snowcreek now. We needed to get closer home to mom and dad ect. If we are planning a party, let's plan a good one this time and try to get everyone there. Bryan, call me if you know who is planning it so I can help. 276-638-2652. Hey John, have you heard from Jackie lately? I bet I have not seen him in 15 yrs. But I look forward to seeing all of you. While you two were looking at Carrie, I was looking at Hope!!!

Cordially

WHAT'S UP JEFF A.K.A CHICKEN MAN,
WOW, SEEING YOUR POST REALLY MADE ME REMINISCE. WE HAD SO MUCH FUN IN SCHOOL AND AFTER SCHOOL. CHICKEN MAN YOU ARE A VERY BIG PART OF MY CHILDHOOD AS WELL AS YOUR BROTHER JOHN, AND YOUR MOTHER AND FATHER, BY THE WAY, TELL THEM I SAID HELLO. MY MOTHER STILL TALKS ABOUT ALL OF US FROM TIME TO TIME. WHEN I COME TO MARTINSVILLE, I WILL DEFINITELY GIVE YOU A CALL AND MAYBE WE CAN HAVE LUNCH TOGETHER. THE NEXT PARTY WILL DEFINITELY BE A BIG EXTRAVAGANZA BECAUSE THE OLDER OUR CLASS GET THE BETTER THE PARTIES BECOME. WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A CLOSE GROUP AND THAT IS TRULY A BLESSING. I WISHED THE WORLD COULD PATTERN ITSELF AFTER OUR CLASS BECAUSE THERE WAS AND STILL IS LOTS OF LOVE FOR ONE ANOTHER. ONE MORE THING JEFF, YOU WERE NOT THE ONLY ONE LOOKING AT HOPE EITHER. AS A MATTER OF FACT WE HAD SOME MANY LOOKERS IN OUR CLASS LET ME NAME a FEW like DELORES CLARK, CARLA BROWN, VIOLET INGRAM, ELIZABETH BENFIELD, KAREN MULLINS, MARY ELIZABETH LEE, MAMIE ROBERTS, LISA REED, FAYE HAIRSTON, VALERIE HOLMES, SHELIA FRANCE JUST TO NAME A FEW. I COULD GO ON AND ON BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU FOR GIVING US BOYS SOMETHING SOOOOOO GOOD TO LOOK AT AND SOMETIMES DREAM ABOUT. GOD BLESS AND I WILL BE TALKING TO YOU SOON.

BRYAN
