Did Connie tell you that we talked her into trying on her majorette uniform Saturday while we were decorating? She looked great in it too!! |

| Glad you had a good time at 1967's reunion, Donna. I was preparing for a Scout campout that weekend and found out about their reunion from Ralph Shank, Jr's wife while I was at the campout and visited the Martinsville troop's campsite up there. 2004 will be a busy year for reunions for me because of our class reunion, the Old Dawgs reunion and the 50th anniversary of Clearview Elementary. I will lend as much assistance as I can for our class reunion if at all possible. I urge the Class of '69 to contact me to update their e-mail addresses (discovered many have changed since our last reunion). I can then pass the info along to whoever will be needing it for reunion notification. I recommend a message be posted in several locations on this website (i.e. General, homepage and in several of the classes message boards a few years prior and after ours) to let folks know of the reunion so as to solicit e-mail and mailing addresses of our classmates directly from them or from their siblings who know of their whereabouts. Donna, I have been thinking about the 35th, as well. If we join forces, we can start the ball rolling.I have plenty of time to donate - being semi-retired. Nelson's ideas will be a good start. Let me know what I can do. Christmas would be a good time to talk!!

| Happy New Year. 2004 means it's been 35 years since we graduated and from the replies to this message this past summer sounds like there's some interest. I'm willing to get together with some folks to plan something. Any takers? I live east of Richmond, but am willing to come to M'ville to talk about it or chat here if anybody else is interested.
