Greetings Baby Boomers! - 11
04/12/07     Judy Crews  (1964)      jcrews123@hotmail.com
Hey Fellow Classmates! Thought I'd just drop in to say hello and see how everyone is doing. Would love to hear from any of you and what you're doing these days. I plan to spend my Spring digging in the dirt and planting flowers, shrubs, etc. in the vast and barren back of my townhouse in Raleigh. It has been a while since any of you have posted anything, except Jerry Poff. (Keep up the good work, Jerry!) When are we going to have another reunion? I can't remember the year of the last one. Senility has finally settled in and I "CRS." But I do continue to check this website from time to time and, sadly, don't see much from any of you. Let's get it going again!

Greetings Judy and to all the other Bulldogs. Life continues to be good and the south eastern Alabama area may be my final retirement site. Enjoyed Dallas after Marine Corps retirement but happy to get away from the traffic. I have not been to Martinsville in about four years but hope to make it back there in the fall. Hope to hear from other Bulldags. Best Regards, Shag LaPrade

Re: Greetings Baby Boomers!
Damn, this board has gotten calcified, just like some of our arteries! Months between posts, and not much participation. I guess everyone is either working themselves to death maxing out their cash reserves before retiring, or else they are already retired and busy recreating themselves. Judy, glad to hear from you and wish there were a way we could attach photos to these posts so that we could see the efforts of your landscaping.

A couple of news items: My sister Jane ( who lives in Richmond) reports from her 50th class reunion this summer ( MHS, '56) that Ruth Pace and Ralph Shank are alive and well in Martinsville and love being remembered by their former tormentors.

My own life took a new and wonderful direction last Thanksgiving when I married Karen Williams, the Love of My Life, after an 18 year hiatus from connubial bliss. She's the clinical research director at the local dental school, so I guess I'll have to start flossing more regularly now.

Hope to hear from more of you...

Andy
