Old Dawgs soon! - 10
09/12/16     leon custer  (1963)      leoncuster@yahoo.com
Hi folks;
The "Old Dawgs" this year is October 15th. I see that Kathy has it posted on this site for us with the registration form. She and others do a great job making this event available for us.

We lost at least two classmates this year, that I am aware of: Lonnie Carter and my grade school buddy Z.A. Mitchell. I hope as many as possible will try to come, but I know a few are sick and many are so very far away.

I think last year we had the most attending, with the exception of the class having their 50th reunion. For those that can not come because of distance or health issues, I would be glad to listen to all gossip and take notes for you along with a list of attendees should you request it.

Lastly, is there any interest in touring your old grade school in the afternoon that day? If so, I would be glad to find the present day authorities in charge to see if that might be possible. I have many fond memories of Joseph Martin. I think I remember the details of more happy stories there than I do from MHS. We were wonderfully naive. I wish more people would use this wonderful website to relate more stories from those days.
I hope you can send your registration in soon. Also, somebody call Garland and get him started on our 55th Reunion not far away!
