THIS IS A JOY - 11
10/23/01     Jerry D. Poff  (1964)      poffjd@aol.com
Hello everyone. Received reunion newsletter and read of this web site... It is so good to read the messages and see the names and then to put mental pictures with each one. Someone had a great idea. Hey, I find myself singing that cheerleaders tune of " From a little city called Martinsville comes a team with a fighting will. They can run and pass and handle that ball. They're known as "MIGHTY BIG RED "This mail from Jerry Poff, Gainesville, Georgia.

Dear Jerry,
It was great to see your message. We are glad you received your reunion newsletter. We haven't received your acceptance yet! :-)
We hope you will be able to come. We have gotten a number of letters returned to us, so we are going to use the mavahi.com site to list those folks who we are still trying to track down. Hopefully you or someone else will know how to reach them. Take care. Jean

Re: THIS IS A JOY
Hi Jerry, remember the good old church days? Remember the Fishers.....remember Melissa? Yep, that's me. Just found this web site today....I think it is great..How have you been? Catch me up. I don't see Becky or Ronnie around town anymore. I lived in Tennessee for several years, once across from Lee College. I then moved to Michigan. Moved back to Martinsville in 1992. Worked as a nurse for many years then went for my social work degree. Three grown children and one 10 year old grandson. The rest of my family, Anne, John and Lenny are fairing well....economy hitting hard here..Please reply soon....Melissa
